Will I lose my apps if i change provider? or upgrade to 3gs?

Im due an upgrade and wanted to change provider from o2 to Orange (uk), but was wondering if;

A) will i loose the apps ive downloaded?

B) If i upgrade my handset from a 3g to a 3gs will i lose the apps i have now?

No, to both. The apps are tied to your iTunes account, so when you sync your new phone or on another service to the same account, you'll continue to have access to everything you bought from Apple.
