Will iOS 11 let us change metadata?

Curious if iOS 11 will allow us to view and change metadata on files on the new file system.

Particularly, in the photos app will we now be able to change date / time etc too. That'd be a milestone in organisation of photos and video.

If any of you guys have developer access and chance you can post back and confirm of deny this?
