All Devices Will iOS ever get browser extensions?

I’m happy to see a download manager in Safari but what iOS really needs is extensions. Will we ever get them or is that a bridge too far for Apple?

Knowing Apple, most likely not. That's just a door wide open for security issues. Unless they're all Apple-approved.

Well we have adblockers that I would say mostly resembles extension in the Mac sense. Don’t forget about the share sheet though. Apps and shortcuts can do all sort of things.

Definitely. There's no shortage of shortcuts to download media from the Web. I've found "Media Grabber" to the most reliable.
