Will MacBook 15 inch mid 2014 Support Bluetooth "4.2"

Not the Bluetooth as shipped.

OK I'll expand on my answer.
According to the Everymac page I linked the onboard Bluetooth is 4.0 and I would assume it won't work properly with a set of hearing aids that require 4.2.
You can buy a USB Bluetooth dongle that is 4.2 (or even 5.x) capable and plug it into your Mac. They are cheap so you could try this yourself. Amazon has them and you can check the reviews for any specific information they might contain. This is what I'd do.
I don't have a MBP like yours nor do I have a set of hearing aids that require 4.2 Bluetooth and nor do I have a USB Bluetooth dongle so I cannot confirm whether or not the combination would work.
No one with this exact combination has replied and unless they do it looks like you're on your own. Good luck!
