Just like the title says.

Im at the library and I forgot my charger for my macbook pro at home. I have 2 roomates who both have new intel macbooks. There chargers are (I think - please confirm) about 30V less than mine.

Will, if my macbook is off, my Macbook Pro charge off a macbook charger.

Also, if I try this, will their charger suffer any damage? Any risk to their charger? does it have a fuse in it?

It's fine. The charger should charge your MBP even if it's on, unless you're also using it under a very heavy load.

Should be OK for short term usage.

I would stress however that you are putting more stress on the Macbook power supply.

I would guess you are OK for short term usage, but you wouldn't want to use it long term.
