Make sure your MacBook has 2GB of RAM and it might be playable on lowest settings.

Hmm, i meant as in "playable" as in no sign that says it cant install or wont boot up because it's too intense.

Will windows version of Cod2 Work on a 1.83 Core duo w/ 1gb ram? Cause i got that version for my PC and hoping to play on macbook once i get boot camp

Google around some (like for 'battlefield 2 gma 950') and look at other forum threads. It doesn't look good--in a PC World article, they have n/a for the GMA 950 on BF2, although they don't explain why. I didn't see mentions at other forums that BF2 would run, either. You could always grab the demo and try it out (unless you don't have an MB yet). It apparently works well on MBPs though (found elsewhere on this forum)

Once you are running off of boot camp, you should be able to play BF2. Unlike stated earlier in the thread, you do not need 2 gigs (though it would enrich your gameplay), just the 512 recommended. BF2 is old enough that you really should have no problems on the lowest settings. Cheers and happy gaming.
