Refurbished MacBook Air 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ==> $1079

Above is what's currently priced for mba for refurbished.
How much would it go down by once 2011 comes out? I am assuming not by much?? I would love it if it goes down to $800

It will really go down once the 2011 models hit the refurb. store. The base model will be in the $700s. You could get a guesstimate by subtracting 17%-18% from the retail value.

However, once new MBAs show up, the 2010 model will be in clearance section, and it's impossible to predict how many will be there or how long they will last.

The 2010 MBPs are not in the clearance section, they are still in the refurbished section along with the 2011 refurb models.

Market value of 2010 MBAs will go up if the 2011 MBA has heat issues like the 2011 MBP.
