I ask this as the 2020 iPhone 12 Pro & 12 Pro Max's base model has 128GB of storage.

Will all the 2021 iPhones sport a base storage 128GB as well? With a 1TB iPhone on offer?

I could imagine all the 2020-older iPhones sticking to 64GB.

Android flagship smartphones are already packing in 256GB on their base model with some topping out at 1TB.

I find it amazing that smartphone may one day have more storage and RAM than typical notebook or desktop.

Having said that I wish all my past iPads and iPhones had double the storage. Would have made using them more convenient.

I'm fine with 64GB but 128GB or 256GB would be sheer luxury.

Why that will reduce means to up sell to the higher storage (margin) models. And even if you stick with the base storage they can get you with iCloud subscriptions.

If you fine with 64 why does more matter.
