Hello all,
My iMac 5k (now out of warranty) has a blown logic board thanks to a crappy UBS hub that shorted out. It's been sitting at MicroCenter for a week and they seem to have an internal issue with ordering the part.
If I take it to an Apple store, will they replace the logic board (chargeable, of course) even if I upgraded the drive to an SSD a while back? It's already out of warranty and Apple Care.
I'd hate to pull it from MicroCenter due to impatience if they refuse to look at it due to a modification.
