Hi all:)

I have a Mini which is connected to a network of Window$ PCs using Ethernet. I am planning to make the network here at home wireless, and I've received some recommendations for the D-Link DI-524. I don't really care about super-fast file transfers in the network, and my broadband connection isn't that good, so I don't think having "just" 54Mbps will hurt my connection.

What I want to know is whether the Mini will be able to connect to my wireless network without hiccups. I really don't want to spend very much on this, but I sure want it to work properly.

Thanks in advance

Cheers
Daniel

I use the DI-524 in my house with a 20" intel imac and an HP box on it wirelessly with another powermac hanging off the back with a direct wire.

I actually get a lot better signal strength and reliability with my imac (imagine that, it just works) than the HP with a D-Link wireless card in it. I'd assume that you would not have a problem with you're mini.

Got it, thanks:)
