Does Verizon use GSM micro SIMs in there phones? If they do, is this our long waited-for answer?
What about it being "Unlocked"? So if I am with Verizon, there is absolutely no way (besides hacking, and switching carriers) I will have any benefit with the iPad+3G?

So I can still use Verizon, but just have this $15 or $30 per month fee just from AT&T? So people are complaining about this because they would like to be organize and have this $15 or $30 fee with the same company just to keep things simple? Do I need a package with AT&T first, or can I just buy the Data service package only?
iPad = 3G HSDPA and GSM radios... Verizon doesn't have that...
Yes... yes! More tears from Verizon fanboys!! Keep them coming!
Except if you live in one of the many areas where Verizon's coverage is better.
From what they announced today - correct, you can just get the $15/30 plan from AT&T with no other services.

Verizon is a bit better, but I would totally take the $15 for anywhere internet!

I'm on Verizon for my cell phones and have no plans on changing. But for 15/30 a month, I'll live with the spotty AT&T coverage near me for an iPad!
iPad + VZW MiFi mobile hotspot . . . is it really that hard to figure, VZW fans?

Except AT&T's coverage map has huge holes all over the nation. A lot of their supposed coverage isn't even on their own towers, which is not even referring to their pitiful 3G range. Staying exclusive with AT&T is a joke.
