Will the iPad Pro pre order start at a midnight ?

Any guesses on how much time Apple will give us starting from when they announce the pre order dates and when they actually go on pre order? If you don't understand what I mean, say they announce the ore order date on Monday... How much time do you think it will be until they actually go on for pre order from then?

Well if appletv is an example about a week. And then delivery probably about a week after that.

I wish Apple would reconsider selling the black peripherals separately. I want the black keyboard so much.
