Will the iPhone get the new video effects like the new iPod nano?

I see on the apple store that the iPod nano has the following:

15 real-time special effects: Sepia, Black and White, X-Ray, Film Grain, Thermal, Security Cam, Cyborg, Bulge, Kaleido, Motion Blur, Mirror, Light Tunnel, Dent, Stretch, and Twirl

Can someone check if the 3.1 update has these special effects?

I imagine they'll save that for when the iPod touch has a camera - from what I hear there were rumored technical difficulties with the iPod touch update, which is why it only saw capacity increases. Give it a few months and I'm sure you'll see a camera on the iPod touch, and then I imagine the effects will be included as well.
