Hello, like the Nexus 7 was upgraded from 8GB for the base model to 16GB, will the Nexus 4 go down the same path? This thread is for pure speculation, but I for one hope it does. Soon. Before they are available on Google Play again. While I plan on getting the 16GB no matter what, it'd be nice to save $50.

What would stop them? If demand of the 7 was high enough for this, wouldn't the 4 (which sold out super fast) be the same?

I think they will. They never did it for the Galaxy Nexus, but that didn't sell too well. Judging from what they did with the N7, it seems likely.

My guess is they'll release a 32 later down the line (months from now) when sales of the 8 and 16 slow down. At that point, they'll drop the 8.
