Will their be an iMac update before Christmas 2008?

I was just pondering that thought as I consider purchasing a new iMac tomorrow. Your guess is as good as mine although it seems like we may see some sort of update around November or something.

If there is any, it's not going to be anything major.
This one basically just came out.
I'd expect another year before something to major to come out for the iMac.

If you were to buy one right now, you wouldn't be disappointed if an update did in fact happen.

There'll be nothing to upgrade to until September, unless they want to change out the 2600 for the 3600 (Which makes no difference since OSX has no idea what DX10.1 is anyway! ).

I wouldn't put any money on it.

Yup, I am considering waiting it out till Christmas, so me no pay money

But from what I looked at, their should be an update:

Days Since Update: 65 (Avg = 211)

Technically speaking it should be here by September 21th, 2008 (unless I did my math wrong).
