Highly doubtful, the 21 already got an "update" - the move to SSD by default. That wouldn't have happened if they were planning to release another one.

The next iMac is probably gonna be the rumored 24 AS one.

No. iMac 24 with Apple Silicon will be released Q4 2020 or Q1 2021.
