High likely, if they stick to their 2 week schedule and if you consider that iOS 8 GM is coming next Tuesday after the event.

I am hoping for a release this week, if Apple follows the 2 week pattern.
There are definitely some issues to iron out, but I am more interested in another iTunes 12 beta. Currently it is unstable, especially the home sharing stuff.

If anyone paid a little bit of attention they've noticed that Apple is on a two-week release schedule for the Developer Preview and what it seems like a monthly schedule for the Public Beta. However these things can change at any given moment, I agree.
