Will there be a different 1.1.3 jb?

Will there be a jailbreak for 1.1.3 that doesn't involve all the downgrading and then upgrading process?

I don't understand how the jailbreak process works, so sorry if this is a stupid question.

There might be, but not until the next firmware upgrade comes out with sdk.
