Will there be a larger MBP M1?

Im currently holding on to my mid 2014 MBP 15" and was hoping apple was going to release a larger version with there new chip. Are there any expectations that they will release a 15" or 16" anytime soon?

Either on Spring conference (March/April) or WWDC (June).
