Will there be larger than 160 GB ATA-100 2.5" HD?

I was wondering whether there will be larger than the 160 GB ATA-6/ATA-100 (not SATA) 2.5" hard drives coming out? I have 2 hd's on my ibook and powerbook that need replacement and was wondering about what could be done accordingly...
