Will these drives work in MacPro

Greetings. I am configuring a new MacPro purchase. I have two pieces of hardware I was wondering if I could port over to the MacPro and was wondering if they would work.

Western Digital 200GB HD - WD2000JBRTL (Not sure if it is considered SATA)

PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-107D In second optical bay

HDD won't, it's ATA not SATA.
