Will they have the back to school special again?

Every year, for the past few years, Apple has had a back to school deal where if you buy a mac, you get a free iPod.

1. Does anyone know if they are doing it again?
2. Does anyone know around what time they usually do it?

I am waiting for that deal so I can buy my iMac.

If I recall, they start that promotion some time in July and extend it through September.

And strangely, I somehow got shafted in a way every time I did that promotion (I did it twice) - because the very next month they would release updated models. Such is life with computers, I guess...

I would think that they will run that offer again. Think it ended last time in the middle of October but not too sure

here's a link to last year's promotion. It ran June 5th to September 16th. They refunded you $200 through a rebate, which I think was the cost of the cheapest ipod nano back then. So this year, the rebate offer may be for just $150.
