Will this imac edit 4k video?

I will like to know if this mac will edit 4k video?

With Final Cut Pro X it will edit it, if you trim your timeline resolution down and use optimized or proxy media.
Exporting it will take ages, though, if you plan to encode in HEVC.
This machine has no hardware support for HEVC encode, so it will use CPU.
