Will this jailbreak be tethered?

Hello, I have an iphone 3GS bought about 3 weeks ago.

I checked the 3rd, 4th and 5th digits of the serial and number and it's a "943"

However I ran usbview in DFU mode and the result was: iBoot-359.3

If I jailbreak with blackra1n will it be a tethered jailbreak?

If your iBoot version is 359.3 (without any -2 or .2) then you can have an untethered jailbreak.
