Will this plan allow me to get my iPhone back?

I decided to try a BlackBerry...don't like it.

I opened my contract with AT&T less than 30 days ago.

AT&T won't allow me to do another return within 30 days. So, if I added a line to my account and got a 3GS, then ported my number from the BlackBerry to the iPhone and cancelled the BlackBerry line (for free because it's within 30 days) would that work?

Why can't you exchange your phone again? My understanding was that you had 30 days to try the phone and could exchange it during that period.

Because I had an iPhone first, and exchanged it for the BlackBerry already. Now I want the iPhone back. :(

Well, you can cancel your account within 30 days. You might have to wait to reopen it and you will lose your phone number, but that'd be my suggestion. I have no idea if your other plan would work.

Figures, I just bought an iPod Touch from the Apple Store Online lol. Can I return it to a local Apple Store or do I have to ship it back for a return? I didn't even open it.

I've worked in retail, I used to work at Circuit City and now I work in a retail Pharmacy. I deal with pains in the asses all the time, so now it's my turn to be the pain in the ass. :)
