Hello there, i got my macbook for almost a month now. Got in on 22nd june. Seems to have WHINING problems (not mooing)

If i call apple, will this get fixed? Will replacing the logic board solve this problem or is it an inherent problem that is affecting all macbooks and will persist despite having the logic board replaced.

my guess is it might go away for a day or so then start up again. Thats what happened with my macbook when i first got it. It was quite besides the moo then after using for a couple of days the wine started in. Apple hasnt officaly solved any of the problems plaging the macbook. I'm dissapointed as my macbook both wines and moos right now and Im waiting for something to be done about it as well.
