Will this USB hub work for Macbook?

hi this might sound like a newbie question but will this usb hub work with the macbook http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=199956
it says for mac mini, but all usb hubs are the same right? and should be compatible with my macbook? i just want to make sure before i order it. Thanks

Of course it will, USB is USB.

I think they said it is compatible with the mac mini because the hub shares the mini's form factor so that they're stackable. A USB hub is a USB hub though, so you shouldn't have any problems.
