I just looked up SATA Hard Drives on Froogle, and this one ( http://www.adamant.com/itemInfo.asp?GotoID=ITEM&PrdAbr=HDS-ST3160811AS&menu=PARTS ) seems pretty good. Will this work in a MacBook Pro?

Bit of a contradiction there.

Personally, I like seagate drives. Never had any trouble with them.
