iPhone Will Today's 7.1.2 release still work w/ Pangu JB?

I want to jailbreak my 4S with Pangu which was released yesterday. Before I do that however I need to back up my photos and then restore using my Mac. Considering 7.1.2 was released today im sure iTunes will want to restore as upgrade to that.

Will having 7.1.2 still allow for an uninterrupted jailbreak?
