The rumored updates are:If Apple only updated the processor by one increment would that be enough? If not, what would it need to have to compensate?
I'll buy the next iPad Pro as soon as it's released as I'm wanting to replace my iPad Air 2 which has gotten a bit slow and is struggling these days.
MY SELLING POINT IS SOFTWARE!
Final Cut? Aperture? I do a lot of mobile video editing and photo work so that would get me to buy new hardware immediately. But if all they have is yet another benchmark boost with the same old Photos 2007 and iMovie Lite then what's the point.
Even with a medium/heavy workload my 2016 iPad Pro 9.7 can handle my workflow similarly to my wife's 2018 Pro11. Obviously the new one is better but it's not $1000 better until it gets software that takes advantage of the hardware.
New camera = Incompatible CasesWill probably buy the new smart keyboard with it apparently going to be backlit, and have scissor switch action. It will be backwards compatible with the 2018 iPP’s as there will be no change in form factor.
Yeah, I need all the processing power I can get.If Apple only updated the processor by one increment would that be enough? If not, what would it need to have to compensate?
