I have 4gb of RAM on a MBP. Has anyone figured out the best VM RAM setting so the Mac and Fusion can best co-exist? I had the VM at 2.3Gb but the Mac HD was really thrashing so I've dropped it to 1.8Gb and am testing it now. I assume it is a no-brainer that the VM is configured with 1 virtual processor and not two, right?

Thanks for your input.

I just used the suggested default and it has worked quite well
