Win XP CD indicated as blank disk on both Leopard and XP?!

So, i do have a windows xp partition already, its having some issues so im formatting it and reinstalling win xp..

I tried to boot the installation CD (a legal copy of the actual CD that was lost) on Leopard and win xp itself, but it tells me that it's blank?!

even though, its booting correctly in my other windows machine!

Is there any possible solution for this?

Did you burn the CD? If you did. Redo it at a lower speed.

the shocking part is that it didnt even work on the boot camp partition?!?!

so does it have something to do with the apple super driver itself?!

You need to burn it (the cd) at a low speed to get a high quality burn. This is the way with all DVD drives. I don't know how to specify that though without special software. Anyone else chime in?

How did you burn the iso file?

Disk utility should correctly burn the file.
