Win7 or 10 possible boot camp mac mini

Thinking what I need to purchase soon to once again have Windows@home.
Is it possible to run boot camp via 2012/2014 either win10 or 7.
If so what are the preferred used model- 2014 or 2014.
Quite a few via ebay UK -could purchase from 200-249 U.K. pounds approx.
I'm not immediately in need of ssd at least initially though could be an upgrade.
Is it possible to view Mac OS be it Capitan or Sierra via existing t.v. -wirelessly-I'm certain I could from previous 13"MacBooks
Thanks in advance, feel free to recommend specs.
Main uses are browsing/MS office/maybe iTunes sounds and movies type server -if it can make use of 4k apple t.v.

When Mac mini is recommended only 2012?
Is there an answer on viewing via t.v. Maybe by screen mirroring-is it possible until I purchase a monitor

I could consider the 2012/2014 debate for eternity
I’ve decided if I can purchase 2014 base level and then 4gb ram should suffice for my win10 needs, +ac WiFi which I like to use and usb3-my flash drive.

I'm also grabbing an old core2duo MacBook from Mac of All Trades soon and it will also be running Windows better, lol.

Actually...if I wait until next year a bunch of MacBook Pros will nosedive in pricing due to Mojave dropping.

Appreciated, found my use for Mac mini.
Is it important to wait until after next wwdc 2018 only benefit could be a new Mac mini resulting in previous model price drops.
My 1st bid I had mentioned is already outbid-another 2 days until I get an idea what to pay.
I'll probably need keyboard+mouse -wireless of course and consider where the mini will be placed. (My new oak t.v. Unit has 3 non apple tech devices already) +I'll need a decent length hdmi cable to avoid swapping existing apple 4k t.v. Cable.
Interesting I find myself going against the popular idea that 2012 is Better than 2014 -I think for my win10 use I'll get away with base 2014-still commands £479 Uk brand new or used e-bay route possible upto 50% discount.
