"Window Shade" for iPhone

I already have Backgrounder and I have StatusNotifier, but it would be great if there was an app that is kind of like Android's Window Shade (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZugHQ7vBk7w), or just using the status bar to show what the person I currently am having an IM with has just said.

I wish that in addition to that someone develops a wallpaper that scrolls slightly when you move the home screen like on the g1.

Haha yeah that is a cool aesthetic feature in Android. I had a G1 for less than two weeks but its window shade/status feature is something I truly miss a lot! (well that and the lower plan )
