Hi,
my Windows 10 PC doesn't recognize my iPhone (or any other iPhone) for photo import. I connect my iPhone using an original Apple cable (even tried with other cables). In the "My PC" page on the file explorer app iPhone is recognized as connected device, but inside that path there is no folders. iPhone seems completely empty. Whish I could move photos as I did many years ago, just copy and paste them from the iPhone's folder to my local folder on the PC. I hate the Windows Photo app which by the way doesn't recognize any photo inside the iPhone too.

How can I solve this problem? I've already tried to unistall and install iTunes and all the drivers, but doesn't work. Which can be an alternative way to copy my photos from the iPhone to the PC?

Thanks!

When the folders are empty is mainly due to the iPhone being locked when connected and that the PC hasn't been labeled as "trusted" on the iPhone.
