MP 1,1-5,1 Windows 10 Efi /w OpenCore Restart/Sleep/Shutdown Problem

Hi i am having a problem with Windows 10 install. And that might be with a driver issue i dont know. I tried to check everything that i can.
Installed bootcamp 6.1 drivers.
And checked IObit driver booster for rest of supported drivers and updated with it.
-When i click sleep it ahutdowns

-When i click restart it hangs on black screen after saying restarting with an increasing fan

-When i click shutdown it do the same with above

I can do the shutdown via command prompt

Tried
-sfc scan
-dism restore image
-display driver updated
-stopped services to check if malfınctioning
-windows update service stopped
-power management configurating tinkered.
-scanned with windows driver verifier but cant get a driver name on BSOD screen. And dont know if i can get a log of it.

What is causing that how can i check more?

Did what is wrriten there, there is no “intel management interface” under my device manager
