To skip a long story short I have a Mac Pro 4,1 flashed to 5,1 installed an i7 965, a GTX 760 and a NVME Mojave boot disk, Mojave is working great and I want to install Windows 10 for some games and for CEMU. So I went to ahead and downloaded the Windows 10 ISO, burned it disk, unplugged all drives (including the NVME card) inserted the stock GT120 and booted from the disk...and nothing, the windows Icon is there but it never loads, I have tried BIOS mode and EFI mode, I have Downloaded and burned another copy, nothing seems to work :( any suggestions?

I have also tried the USB method and even made a windows boot disk with RUFUS then plugged it into one of the drive bays.

Also I have to clear my NVRAM to boot back into Mojave after loading the windows disk.

(EDIT! turns out the CPU was the problem, once I installed the stock XEON windows 10 installed nicely, however windows 7 ran fine on the i7 965)
