Mavericks is pretty old. I think Windows 10 support came in with Yosemite.

You could install Windows 7 and upgrade to Windows 10 though.

Is there a reason you are still running Mavericks? Some old software that would be costly to get new licences for to use with anything newer? The MBP 2014 can run all the way up to the latest Big Sur, but sadly official support has been dropped with the upcoming Monterey.

I don't use any special apps on macOS, only Mavericks has the best battery life and runs the smoothest of the macOS versions tested. I also tried Big Sur, but it was too unstable for me, so I went back to Catalina.
