I recently used an old HP with UEFI to install Windows 10 x64 onto a pre-made Boot Camp partition on the hard drive in my MP. Everything went surprisingly well with it, except I'm surprised to find that the RAM only shows 32GB usable, even though Windows detected all 64GB in my MP. I know the MP 2,1 doesn't "officially" support 64GB, but it detects in Lion just fine. Not quite sure what's going on here beyond a nagging suspicion that it has something to do with the machine's 32 bit EFI. Is there any way around this, possibly by using a bootloader like rEFIt/rEFInd? Or is it a limitation of Windows in some way that I'm going to have to live with?

If this thread is best posted in "other OSes" I'd be happy to take it there... but it seems like since this is an issue specific to the 1,1 and 2,1 generation MPs, that I'd start here.
