The Land of Hope and Glory
I have the pro license for VMWare Fusion Pro 13.0.2 and want to run Windows in it, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to buy the ARM version of Windows 11 Pro.

I can get the Intel version with no problem, but that obviously does not work. The only information I have found related to Parallels. Do I need to use Parallels instead?

Can someone offer some advice for me, please?

Figured it out. I downloaded the trial version of Parallels and started installing Windows 11 in it. This downloaded the ISO. Then I quit Parallels and deleted the virtual machine(s) and then uninstalled Parallels completely.

After that I just used the ISO in VMware Fusion Pro. One thing to note is that networking didn't work so I had to follow these instructions:

Once that has been done you have a fully working install of Windows 11.

When Windows was available with the same branding in both x86-32 and x86-64 builds, the product keys were agnostic and worked with either. I didn't think this had changed now that Windows is available instead in both x86-64 and ARM64 builds. I guess I don't really know for sure though. If I'm right then it would work to just use a key you purchased to be for an x86-64 installation and use it on an ARM64 one.
