Hi everyone :)

Has anyone tried Windows Server 2003 on Boot Camp? Does it work just as well as XP, or do you need to "hack" it? Or doesn't it work at all?

Thanks :)

The really only requirements for bootcamp working is that Windows needs to be one disk and Windows needs to support SATA disks. I don't know if anyone has gotten 2003 to work though.

Thanks, but I'll wait for someone to confirm that it works before I waste a download.

Thanks for those links. It seems that the main problem is the OS check in the driver package, but it seems to be easy enough to get around.

The Bluetooth hack won't be necessary as I don't need Bluetooth support, which should simplify things a bit. I'll download 2003 from MSDN this weekend and play around with it :)

Thanks again!

Edit: Oh, this is changing the subject a bit, but you wouldn't happen to know of a developers' version of SharePoint that can run under XP? That would eliminate the need for me to get 2003 running in the first place.

Edit 2: I completely forgot about Parallels, which says it's compatible with 2003 :)

Edit 3: Downloading now, it's two CDs so I might not have even be able to get it installed in the first place with Boot Camp.
