I am looking to find out if anyone here is running Windows 7 64-Bit in boot camp on either an ssd or hdd

There are many people running Windows 7 64-bit on the 2011 Mac mini.

Geekbench 2.2.0 (64-bit) Scores
2011 Mac mini 2.7GHz Dual-Core Intel i7 8GB 1866MHz Kingston Hyper X
Windows 7 64-bit: 9427
Lion OSX 10.7.2: Not Tested

Geekbench 2.2.0 (64-bit) Scores
2011 Mac mini 2.0GHz Quad-Core Intel i7 8GB 1866MHz Kingston Hyper X
Windows 7 64-bit:11622
Lion OSX 10.7.2: 9730

Handbrake Full Movie Encode Bluray Disc Folder Apple TV 2 preset (720p)
Average FPS: 24fps

Geekbench 2.2.3 (64-bit) Scores
2011 Mac mini 2.3GHz Dual-Core Intel i5 8GB 1333 PNY Memory
Windows 7 64-bit: 6573 (Running as VM under VMWare Fusion 4.0 with 1 proc/2gb memory assigned to VM)

As a comparison, I have a MacPro1.1 2x Dual Core 2.66 Xeon w/16gb Mem that clocks in at 6600 on the Geekbench score.

FWIW, Intel Quick Sync decode/encode nets me 85fps 1080p h.264 MP4 conversion. This is nice boost over handbrake. The quality was also fine at last. However, Handbrake encodes both 2 ch. AAC and 5.1 plus anamorphic in the Apple TV 2 preset. DVDfab has some work on their presets.
