When I installed W7 with boot camp everything seems bad JPEG, the welcome screen for example isn't smooth like it's supposed to.

The Gfx drivers work perfect and the welcome screen is is perfect when using vmware fusion but not boot camp, why is this?!
 
Take a screenshot.
And if it's a bootleg copy of Win7, try using the legit version.

For whatever reason, you are running at reduced color depth. Just go in the display settings and select the highest option for color depth.

The windows GFX driver included in Bootcamp is to blame - read this thread and follow the instructions and it should improve the colour depth:
