Windows 7 on iMac 27 (late 2009)

I installed Win 7 with Bootcamp on my iMac...

All went fine...but I had this issue of having video files on either operating system, Win 7 and Mac OS X.

Backing up my data to my external HDD was tricky and I had to use FAT32, to be readable and writable from both OS X and Win7.

But most of my videos are >2GBs, so FAT32 was an issue, and NTFS was out of the question...

Till I came across PARAGON NTFS software, which allows Mac OS X to READ AND WRITE on NTFS drives...

EXCELLENT....but now I have an issue

In System Preferences in OS X...

Going to the START UP DISK..

Win 7 on BOOTCAMP has DISAPPEARED...!!!

to restart to Bootcamp from OS X, I have to do it manually by holding down the OPTION Key..

Any explanation as to WHY this happened??!!

Any suggestions how to fix it?

Sorry fir being off topic, but what windows 7 ati drivers are you using to keep it stable? I used the USB during instalation, but I get driver crashes and recoveries all the time. Thanks

I am off the OP's topic too but ATI has newly updated (4-10) drivers for my new i7 27" iMac. They might help you too! My screen was blanking out and freezing with an error message saying that the "Display driver has stopped working". I am hoping the new driver stopped the problem. There is also even a newer edition of BootCamp I will be installing tonight.

Can ANYONE advise on the Paragon issue?

BTW, I tried uninstalling it...and I got back the option for restarting in "Win7 on BOOTCAMP" in STARTUP DISK in SYSTEM PREFERENCES.

When i installed Paragon back, the option disappeared again!?

Any help?
