I am currently downloading Windows 7 RC and this is the first time I am using Boot Camp so I have some questions.

When I partition my HD i plan on giving windows 25GB. Enough?
Will there be any problems when partitioning? If so what precautions should I take?
Any other problems that might pop up?

"Between the Hedges"
Print the Boot Camp instructions and read/follow them
25 GB may be enough, but it depends on what you will be using/doing
Don't forget to install the drivers

Back up your OSX partition before you start

Precisely. Some people said that you should either install the drivers before windows updates, or install windows updates before the drivers.

I don't remember which order they advised, but I was fine installing the drivers first and then the windows updates.

If you want aero, you will need to dl drivers form Nvidia's website.
