Windows 7 USB for Bootcamp help?

Hi I am going to be installing windows 7 on my new mac pro via bootcamp.

I currently have windows 7 on a disc but need to know how to put it onto a usb and then install it onto bootcamp using the USB.

Any help appreciated.

Use an external disk drive and launch bootcamp assistant to install. Or google a same version win7 ISO file that u bought. Bootcamp will accept it as well.

Is it possible to do that? I've heard that nMP bootcamp only support Win 8, but not 7.
