Hello

Is there a way to install Windows 8.1 on a Mac Pro rev 1,1 2006 ? I've searched on Google without success, but I've seen someone mentioning in that there was a way to do it. I have Yosemite installed using the Pike's boot.efi

Mac Pro rev 1,1 2006
Graphic card : ATI Radeon HD 5870 1 Gb
RAM : 7 Gb
Yosemite : 10.10.3

Thank you

I've done it on my mac pro 1,1 2006 by first installing windows 7 and then upgrading to 8.1

Since Vista x64 SP1 our EFI32 is blocking installs without modifying the installerwhich can be done - or begin the instaalll on a PC first

I've finally found a copy of Windows 7. Now, I try to change the Info.plist as shown in the video below to be able to generate a windows install usb key with Bootcamp assistant, but when I launch Bootcamp assistant after the change, it crashes. I've change PreUSBBootSupportedModels for USBBootSupportedModels and added the line <string>MacPro1,1</string>
