Windows 98...HELP!!

Everytime time i try to boot it from parellels....i get this

You can't just use a Sony restore CD to install Windows 98 into Parallels. I don't know what OS's can run in parallels, but as far as Windows is concerned you'd need original installation media - not a restore disk - AFAIK.
