So I active Windows in VMWare, and then have to reactive it in Boot camp. Then I go back to VM Ware, and I have to Reactiveate again!!!!

WTF? It is a never ending cycle!?

Go into each instance of windows and view the hardware list in device manager, video, ethernet, sound..etc. If vmware presents any different devices, then each time you boot windows will think its on a difference computer and want activation.
