Resolved Windows cannot recognize MS-DOS (FAT) formatted disk from El Captian

Hi all, i just formatted a usb flash drive (from El Capitan's new Disk Utility using the FAT32 format) to give to a client and be used in a Windows machine, i tried 3 usb flash drives but they aren't showing up in Windows, this is the first time that happened, do any of you guys know a fix for this? Thanks!

Figured out that you need to choose MS-DOS (FAT) then Master boot record on scheme. Well i tried the newly formatted usb on my Windows desktop and it recognized the drive along with the files.
